The communities of Greenacres and Riviera Beach are mourning the tragic loss of Jahime Wright, a 22-year-old whose life was cut short following a devastating motorcycle collision.
According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred on South Jog Road near Parkside Green Drive. Investigators reported that Wright was traveling northbound on a Suzuki motorcycle when a southbound SUV attempted to make a left turn onto Parkside Green Drive. The motorcycle collided with the SUV, causing a violent impact that sent the motorcycle airborne before it struck a parked vehicle.
Authorities said Wright was ejected from the motorcycle and came to rest on a nearby sidewalk. Emergency personnel from Palm Beach County Fire Rescue responded quickly to the scene, but he was pronounced deceased despite their efforts.
